This section presents a fractional and complex extension of the Hyperbolic Compression mechanism induced by the Ibaguner Fractal Operator (IFO). The result formalizes how unbounded hyperbolic amplitudes are grounded into bounded, phase-rotated flows while preserving symmetry, rigidity, and scale invariance.
