Overall, 87% of cancer patients had an early antibody response to COVID-19. Only 50% of patients with hematologic malignancies who received B-cell-depleting therapies developed an antibody response, and IgG titers were significantly lower in this group compared to both patients with solid tumors and patients with hematologic malignancies without B-cell-depleting therapies. We observed a progressive decline in IgG titers over time, with an estimated decrease of 14.437 AU/mL per day post-COVID-19 diagnosis. These findings offer valuable insights into antibody responses in cancer patients following COVID-19 infection.
