This work presents the Myominaung Unified Theory (MUT), a theoretical framework proposing a unification of quantum mechanics and cosmology through a single mass–frequency coupling parameter known as the Awareness (effective background scalar field) Constant. The theory interprets inertial mass as a resonant excitation of an underlying background field, establishing a quantitative bridge between atomic-scale physics and large-scale cosmic dynamics. MUT provides a non-singular description of black holes via a universal frequency cutoff, offers a recalibrated cosmic age consistent with recent high-redshift galaxy observations from the James Webb Space Telescope, and explains late-time cosmic acceleration as an emergent photo-fluidic relaxation process without invoking dark energy. The manuscript is intended as a foundational theoretical contribution and includes clear pathways toward observational and experimental testing. In this version, the term “Awareness” is formally interpreted as an effective background scalar field (EBSF), clarifying its role within the physical framework of the theory.
