Abstract

A 49-year-old man who had sex with men presented to our emergency department with a 2-month history of perianal and buttock ulcers. He had poorly controlled HIV owing to interrupted treatment, and he reported unprotected oral and anal intercourse. We admitted him to our infectious disease service.
