This paper proposes a unified theoretical framework based on quantum gravity and spacetime vacuum structure. By consistently coupling the gravitational field with quantum vacuum fluctuations, it provides a unified explanation for the cosmological constant, vacuum energy, and the origin of spacetime. Starting from fundamental physical principles, the work constructs an effective field theory model without fine-tuning problems and is consistent with current observational results. This research may offer new theoretical insights for understanding the quantum nature of gravity, the microscopic structure of spacetime, and cosmic evolution.
