The work presents the results of studying a series of samples of organic materials preserved on the internal surfaces of ancient ceramic vessels found in the burial mounds of the Uelgi burial complex during archaeological excavations. The composition of the organic compounds is determined using gas chromatography and mass-spectrometry methods. Six groups of products are identified: lamb, horse meat, lamb + plants, sheep’s milk, goat’s milk, and lamb + millet.
