Deliverable 2.1 sets out how the ReSKILLING project identifies and engages all relevant stakeholders. It defines the engagement approach, maps stakeholders by category, and outlines the tools, channels, and activities designed to ensure their meaningful and continuous involvement. The document also provides a timeline for engagement, specifies implementation and monitoring processes, and identifies potential risks to successful execution.
