For decades, considerable effort has been devoted to connecting quantum mechanics and gravitation. In this work, we develop a novel approach that uses quantum uncertainty as the connecting element between these two domains. By establishing this bridge, we first identify the essential requirements to derive Newtonian gravity from quantum mechanics. In a second phase, we address the missing link required to derive a spacetime metric isomorphic to the Schwarzschild metric, which is a solution to Einstein's field equations. This work pinpoints where the bridge between quantum mechanics and gravitation might lie and aims to motivate further research in this direction.
