Version 3.0 extends the logarithmic strain representation of linearized general relativity by restoring the shift sector in a 3+1 weak-field decomposition. The gravitomagnetic potential is identified with the shift field, and its symmetric trace-free gradient generates a dynamical shear mode through the extrinsic curvature. The Lense–Thirring limit is recovered without introducing additional degrees of freedom or modifying Einstein’s equations. This version provides constitutive coverage of all linearized source sectors (T00, T0i, Tij) in the weak-field regime.
