This manuscript presents a geometry-first formulation of the Dimensional DeploymentTheory (DDT) toolkit as a single Geometric Master Problem (GMP) and derives seven closedresults within the GMP-admissible class corresponding to the Clay Mathematics InstituteMillennium statements. All constructions are expressed in geometric and operator-theoreticlanguage: Stage-1 supplies primitives, while Stage-2 supplies locked geometric closures fordefect sectors. A reproducible implementation appendix and a transversal dependency ledgerare included (Fireproof protocol) to support end-to-end auditability.
