In Society 5.0, the integration of technology with human life aims to put the human being at the center of all processes, ensuring that innovations respect and improve the true essence of the human experience. Gymnastics for All (GfA) is a practice recognized for its plurality, developed and practiced collectively, and flexible to group interests. This systematic review aims to identify how the aspirations of Society 5.0 are consistent with the precepts of GfA in the specialized literature. We conducted a search in Scielo, Scopus and Periódicos Capes databases. The search was conducted with the term "gymnastics for all", in English and Portuguese. 430 articles were identified, of which 28 were analyzed. The results are presented in five categories related to Society 5.0: Quality of Life; Soft Skills; Culture; Corporeality and Technology. We argue that GfA's potential aligns with the demands of Society 5.0, contributing to the promotion of a sport that values an active corporeality, essential for human development in contemporary times. The findings show that GfA can promote quality of life, aligning with Society 5.0's focus on human well-being, developing social skills and cooperation, essential for coexistence and personal development. Cultural appreciation at events and festivals promotes a critical and democratic understanding of popular culture. GfA promotes autonomy and self-esteem, important for personal and collective development and has demonstrated technological adaptability in times of crisis, integrating technology and human well-being. Therefore, GfA is aligned with the desires of Society 5.0 by centering the human being and promoting multifactorial quality of life.
