The practice of business and management graduates returning to their hometowns to participate in rural revitalization represents not only the integration of personal aspirations with national strategies but also a dynamic process of serving local communities through their professional expertise. Based on an investigation of these returnee graduates, this study finds that they choose diverse pathways according to their individual interests, capabilities, and resources, forming a tripartite participation model involving "government-market-society." By leveraging methods such as empowerment and social support, these graduates effectively utilize their strengths to contribute to rural revitalization and advance the development of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers.
