In response to issues such as the mismatch between supply and demand, weak practice, and superficial industry-education integration in the cultivation of applied artificial intelligence professionals, a "Industry-Education Integration · Four-Stage Progressive" talent training model has been constructed and implemented. This model, based on the School of Modern Information Industry as a platform and relying on university-enterprise collaboration, has designed a four-stage progressive ability pathway of "Basic Cognition → Professional Application → Comprehensive Innovation → Industrial Practice," systematically integrating real projects, diversified platforms, and resources from courses, competitions, and certifications. Since its implementation, effectively enhancing talent quality and providing strong support for the development of the regional artificial intelligence industry.
