The Standard Model describes particle decay through interaction-specific Lagrangians, yet a universal scaling law for particle longevity remains elusive. Here we report a fundamental relationship between the existence budget (K) and rest mass (M) of fundamental particles: K = R M^-5. 6. This 5. 6 exponent is analytically derived from 11-dimensional topological stability (5. 5) with a rotational fractal correction (0. 1) for non-ideal spherical geometries. Our model, known as the RATNA Scaling Law, demonstrates a high-precision correlation (R² = 0. 992) across fundamental bosons and fermions, including the Higgs Boson, and predicts the absolute neutrino mass at 0. 0087 eV.
