We record two distinct inherited/conditional statements: (i) invariance of the principalsymbol and characteristic cone under admissible elimination, and (ii) a sectorial collapse-routeexclusion under a coercive closed-sector hypothesis together with a nonzero kernel chargeand a finite regime budget. These are not the same phenomenon: the first is a principaloperator statement about the short-distance/high-frequency regime, whereas the second isa geometric-volume barrier statement about collapse routes. Within the declared sectorand while the stated gates remain valid, collapse paths that would drive a geometric scaleto zero are structurally forbidden in the conservative reading (R3) or dynamically repelledin the dissipative reading (R2), without introducing exotic matter, higher-curvature terms,or quantum corrections.
