The asymmetric FeN4ZnN3MnN4 coordination field achieves spatial functional decoupling and electron synergy, simultaneously lowering the energy barriers for *OOH formation and *OH desorption. The proposed “Dynamic Spin Engineering strategy” enables real-time tracking of the electronic states at active sites under operational polarization, as demonstrated by Wei Zhang and co-workers in the Research Article (e19740).
