Conducted a noncontrast computed tomography scan of the orbits.
Assessed for structural damage related to ocular trauma.
Documented findings and their implications for vision.
The scan showed absence of the right ocular lens.
Findings indicate a serious condition due to the trauma.
Progressive vision loss continued in the affected eye.
