Bioinspired Swelling-Deswelling Strategy In their Research Article (DOI: 10.1002/adma.202514043), Wei Feng and co-workers drew inspiration from the salt absorption-secretion mechanism of Atriplex centralasiatica to develop an innovative swelling-deswelling strategy tailored for hollow aerogel fibers. By directly fabricating photothermal fibers with uniformly distributed Azo crystals from an Azo/chloroform solution, they created a synergistically enhanced MOST-fabric system featuring excellent mechanical robustness and photothermal performance. This MOST-fabric exhibits stable and efficient personalized thermal management capabilities, paving the way for flexible, high-performance photothermal fabric in PTM applications.
