This study investigates how activation energy and a binary chemical reaction influence heat and mass transfer in a non-linear material flowing over a wavy surface. The work is motivated by practical applications in materials processing, mechanical engineering, and hydrogen bond formation in reactive fluids. The novelty of this study lies in examining the combined effects of viscous dissipation, magnetic fields, and thermal-mass slip conditions for this class of materials. The governing partial differential equations are transformed into a system of ordinary differential equations and solved using a modified collocation method. The results show that increasing the Richardson number enhances the flow velocity, while a stronger magnetic field produces an opposite, flow retarding effect. Both the Eckert number and Joule heating significantly raise the material temperature. Higher mass transfer rates are observed when the temperature difference factor and chemical reaction rate increase. The numerical solution is validated using Richardson extrapolation and a modified bvp4c scheme, confirming the accuracy and reliability of the proposed method.
