BRAF V600E and PI3KCA (n=1), and APC/CDKN2A alterations (n=1).PD-L1 expression was low.Treatments included CT (n=2), CT-IO (n=2), surgery (n=1) and CTradiotherapy (n=1).Median OS was 8.5 months, PFS was 1 month (1 evaluable case).Conclusions: NC and SMARCA4-UT are highly aggressive thoracic malignancies with limited diagnostic awareness and poor outcomes.Early recognition through IHC and molecular profiling is essential, and improved outcomes will depend on coordinated registries.
