Abstract- This paper presents a comprehensive review of artificial intelligence (AI) from its algorithmic origins to its integrated actuality in 2047 using a historical and analytical approach, it traces the evolution of AI through transformative phases: The paper explores how AI has become embedded in societal systems, economy, infrastructure, governance, healthcare, and education transforming both human capability and institutional design. Case studies from India illustrate the shift from algorithmic development to AI-led actuality, including intelligent road infrastructure, predictive healthcare, and adaptive education systems. The analysis concludes that by 2047, AI has matured into a co-actor within human systems, not merely a computational tool. The study highlights both opportunities and challenges for India’s Vision 2047, emphasizing the necessity of ethical governance, digital inclusion, and sustainable AI ecosystems.
