Fitodermonutrição™ (Phytodermonutrition) is proposed as an emerging scientific field studying how the interaction between phytochemical compounds, bioactive nutrients, biological rhythms, and neuroendocrine state determines the phenotypic expression of human skin in the context of regional exposome. This position paper presents the formal definition, four founding axes (Phyto-Dermo, Nutri-Gastro, Rhythmic-Behavioral, Neuroendocrine), criteria for field emergence using Laudan's framework, Latin American specificity (exposome, phytobiome, population genetics), and a five-priority research agenda. Fitodermonutrição™ is proposed as the foundational document of this emerging field.
