This study examines the job satisfaction of the riders working as the delivery partners through online apps. This will be mainly focusing on the quick commerce sector. In recent years there are more number of new joiners in delivery partner jobs. These delivery partners are assigned to deliver the food or non food items ( grocery, stationary, electronics etc., ) to the customers from the restaurant or stores. Riders will get their earnings on the order basis (per order). This research is focused on the job satisfaction of the riders in delivery jobs. While analyzing on the key factors as order earnings, incentives, bonus, work timing, work stress, age category, issues faced and reason for joining as the delivery partner. Overall, this study will give the clear vision about the delivery partners lifestyle and their job satisfaction.
