Carbamates represent an important class of organic compounds with wide applications. Traditional methods for their synthesis often rely on the use of phosgene and its derivatives. Herein, a base‐promoted three‐component coupling reaction between aziridines, carbon dioxide (CO 2 ), and amines has been successfully developed for the first time, providing an efficient route to a range of structurally diverse and valuable carbamates in high yields with excellent regioselectivities. The metal‐free reaction features mild reaction conditions, high functional group tolerance, and wide substrate scope.
