The present study investigates the impact of selected yogic exercises on fat reduction and flexibility among women aged 35–45 years in Umred district, Nagpur, Maharashtra. With rising lifestyle-related health concerns, yoga offers a holistic approach to physical fitness and mental well-being. A sample of 60 women was selected and subjected to a 12-week intervention program comprising Surya Namaskar, Bhujangasana, Trikonasana, Paschimottanasana, and Kapalabhati. Pre- and post-intervention measurements of body fat percentage and flexibility (sit-and-reach test) were analyzed. Results indicated significant improvement in flexibility and reduction in fat percentage, highlighting yoga’s effectiveness as a sustainable fitness practice for middle-aged women.
