This technical supplement extends the ontological framework of TMD 3.0 with a quantitative model of bulb energy defined as a discrete function of the number of triads N. By introducing explicit forms for stability S(N) and orientational tension U(N), the model yields a discrete energy spectrum with stable points that can be interpreted as elementary particles. The document demonstrates how the model can be calibrated to the electron and quarks and how a natural “periodic table of bulbs” emerges from the underlying ontology.
