The paper proposes MagineAI, an AI-powered web platform designed to generate personalized digital magazines and story collections based on a user’s age, interests, and cultural background. The system integrates Large Language Models (LLMs) for generating narratives and Latent Diffusion Models for creating related illustrations, enabling a multimodal storytelling experience. A key focus of the platform is supporting Indian regional languages such as Malayalam, addressing the lack of culturally relevant digital content for non-English speakers. The architecture combines a React-based frontend and a FastAPI backend to generate, illustrate, and automatically format stories into professional magazine-style PDF documents. The system also includes content moderation and structured prompting techniques to ensure safe, coherent, and educational outputs, making it suitable especially for children and educational environments.
