We present a complete unification of quantum mechanics, special relativity, general relativity, and the Standard Model through a discrete pentadimensional lattice geometry with complex action. The theory postulates an atemporal hyperspace Ξ as fundamental reality. Observable spacetime M4×S1 emerges as a probabilistic projection from Ξ. We prove geometrically that exactly three fermion generations must exist through de Rham cohomology, derive fermion mass quantization mn = n·me from holonomy in S1 (predicting the complete spectrum with less than 1% error, zero free parameters), and explain the neutrino-fermion hierarchy via topologically distinct boundary conditions. The framework unifies all four fundamental forces and makes 15+ quantitative experimental predictions.
