EEOC provides guidance on telework accommodations

The Equal Employment Opportunity Office and the Office of Personnel Management have published new guidance to help federal agencies comply with President Trump's January 2025 return‐to‐work directive. Although the guidance is written specifically for federal employers, it offers important insights for higher education professionals — specifically those responsible for evaluating telework accommodations requests from faculty and staff.
