A 3D-printed GelMA/BC@PLLAms-Cur@TCP-PCL-PEG bilayer scaffold was prepared. Its upper layer promotes chondrogenesis with collagen, while the lower layer provides mechanical support, sustained curcumin release for anti-inflammation and osteogenesis.
