This document summarises the evaluation of the European Maturity Model for Blended Education (EMBED) and outlines recommendations for developing the new EMBED+ framework. It analyses how EMBED is currently used across institutions, drawing on use‑case studies from five HEIs and insights from stakeholder interviews. The report examines EMBED’s impact on institutional policy, staff support, and educational programme design, identifying both strengths and limitations of the existing model. It also explores future stakeholder needs and highlights mature blended practices informed by EMBED tools.
