The article reflects on academic education in the age of dynamic development of artificial intelligence, analyzing its implications across three key dimensions of university functioning: teaching, research, and organization.The author draws on constructivist and transformative paradigms, Mitchell Resnick's concept of creative learning, and the SAMR model, highlighting the potential of project-based work, autonomy, and the reflective use of digital technologies.In discussing the academic ethos, the article outlines the tensions between the academic, post-academic, and industrial models, emphasizing the need for dialogue between values and the logic of efficiency.The analysis of organizational models of universities points to the importance of participatory and decentralized forms of leadership.The article contributes to the debate on the future of the university as a space for the development of knowledge, competencies, and a responsible academic community.
