Educational Trust Management System : A Web Based Scholarship and Trust Administration Platform

The Educational Trust Management System is a comprehensive web-based software application designed to automate and streamline the administrative, financial, and scholarship management processes of educational trust organizations. Educational trusts play a crucial role in supporting economically weaker and meritorious students by providing scholarships, fee assistance, and other academic support. However, many trust organizations still rely on manual record-keeping systems, spreadsheets, and paper documentation, which result in inefficiencies, errors, data redundancy, and lack of transparency.This project proposes a centralized digital platform that integrates student registration, donor management, scholarship processing, fund allocation, and financial reporting into a unified system. The application is developed using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript for the frontend, PHP for backend logic, and MySQL for database management. The system follows a Three-Tier Architecture to ensure scalability, maintainability, and data security.The implementation of this system significantly improves operational efficiency, ensures transparency in fund utilization, reduces administrative workload, and enhances trust accountability. The system can be extended in the future with advanced features such as online payment integration, cloud hosting, and analytics dashboards.
