According to international reports, wildlife and natural habitats are exposed to harm and destruction by human activities, including industrial activities, urban expansion, or overhunting, in addition to another imminent threat to the environment, which is global warming. These risks generally threaten the existence of wildlife and threaten rare and endangered animals. Environmental balance requires the preservation of all wildlife, and the extinction of any of them will result in an imbalance in that balance. Therefore, there must be international efforts and organized legal protection to preserve wildlife from all types of challenges. The study adopted the analytical and descriptive approaches to complete the aspects of the study. The study also concluded with a number of proposals that contribute to enhancing the preservation of the environment and wildlife. We relied on the analytical approach to study and analyze international agreements. We also adopted the descriptive approach to highlight current challenges and proposed solutions, in addition to referring to and discussing international agreements.
