As well as in special discussions about the concepts of brain fingerprinting, its tests, and its place in the criminal field, in relation to the rights of the accused and his human dignity, through two sections, the first section discussed the topic of the conceptual framework for brain. The problem of the research was to demonstrate the extent to which brain fingerprinting can contribute to revealing the truth through the information stored in the accused’s brain? Explaining the extent of its legitimacy and its impact on the rights and dignity of the accused, and can it be considered a work of technical expertise to be used in revealing the truth?
