This research paper presents OrderEasy, a smart order and delivery management system designed to support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through automation and data-driven analytics. The system integrates centralized order tracking, automated delivery handling, and analytical modules such as RFM-based customer segmentation and sales forecasting. The platform is developed using modern web technologies including React.js for the frontend, FastAPI for the backend, and Supabase for database management. The system architecture follows a scalable client–server model that enables real-time data processing and visualization for business intelligence. The system was implemented in a real SME environment to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. Experimental results demonstrate significant improvements in reporting time, order processing accuracy, and customer engagement through actionable insights derived from analytics dashboards. This research highlights how modern data-driven software platforms can help SMEs adopt digital transformation while maintaining low implementation costs.
