This technical note establishes governance rules for field definitions used across the Transparent Boundary Theory (TBT) research programme. Multiple artefacts within the corpus employ six-slot structured records to capture human–AI decision events and accountability structures. Variants appear across the LumenFold Protocol (LFP-0), Decision-Event Record (DER) schema, and Boundary Transparency Index (BTI) evaluation framework. This document provides: • an inventory of field families observed across the corpus • object-level classification of each schema variant • a canonical crosswalk mapping across protocol, operational, and evaluation layers • governance rules defining canonical anchors and admissible derived forms The note establishes LFP-0 as the canonical protocol core, DER as the operational decision-event artefact, and BTI as the evaluation layer. The crosswalk ensures corpus integrity by formalizing version-governed differentiation among these schema families. This governance artefact is intended to stabilize construct identity across publications, datasets, and empirical studies within the research programme.
