Official Document of the Decisions of the 2026 Cimahi City Culture Council (Dkkc) Regional Deliberation

This official document contains all the decisions of the 2026 Regional Deliberation (MUSDA) of the Cimahi City Culture Council (DKKC), held on February 22, 2026. This manuscript serves as an authentic and comprehensive archive, covering the entire proceedings from the ratification of the rules of order, the determination of participants and voting rights holders, the formation of commissions, to the ratification of the Accountability Report (LPJ) for the 2023-2026 management period. Furthermore, this document records the in-depth discussions within three main commissions, which resulted in fundamental amendments to the Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD/ART), the formulation of a strategic work program for the 2026-2030 period, and the refinement of the organizational structure.
