WP-04 introduces the concept of coherence as a masking layer within the MIERS™ framework (Multi-Input Emotional Regulation Systems). The paper proposes that collapse events frequently represent the point at which coherence can no longer conceal accumulated overload rather than the onset of instability itself. By linking MIERS™ load dynamics with IBEE™ (Identity-Based Emotional Epistemology) interpretive mechanisms, the paper formalizes a recognition-lag model in which regulatory capacity declines while outward coherence remains intact.
