Proteus mirabilis infection primarily occurs in urinary tract infections. Its occurrence in the head and facial region is relatively rare, making it clinically uncommon. Due to the lack of characteristic manifestations, it is difficult to distinguish from other diseases. This case reports a patient with facial infectious granuloma caused by Proteus mirabilis infection. By integrating clinical manifestations, postoperative follow-up, and relevant literature review, we aim to deepen the understanding of this disease. The case is presented as follows.
