Nearly half of family members of digestive tract cancer patients exhibit insufficient self-monitoring of early symptoms. Education level, family per capita monthly income, cohabitation, comorbidity, and cancer risk perception are key determinants of behavioral heterogeneity. Tailored, risk-profile-based interventions that enhance risk awareness and promote regular screening are urgently needed to strengthen family-centered cancer prevention.
