This paper presents the Cosmic Metabolism Model (CMM v3.0), a dynamical framework that replaces the static cosmological constant with a resonant vacuum term M(a). By introducing an anisotropy differential beta ≈ 0.097 and a fundamental resonance frequency of 38.10 MHz, the model provides a physical mechanism to resolve the Hubble Tension. Numerical validation shows that CMM v3.0 reproduces Lambda-CDM expansion history with a mean relative error of only 0.0027%. Stability analysis via Lyapunov functions confirms the model is asymptotically stable.
