A BSTRACT Introduction: Pregnancy is a marvelous thing in the life of a couple that all pregnant women need to go through, whereas it covers a lot of problems and complications. If a lady companion is provided, it helps to adapt to the pain; her natural process of labor can become fruitful and meaningful. Aim: To assess the effect of the Bradley method on the mode of delivery, fetal and maternal complications among parturient mothers. Methodology: A quantitative and a qualitative (mixed) research approach and an experimental research design were used for the present study. The study was conducted in the labor room at Krishna Hospital, Karad. The population comprised all pregnant women who came to the Antenatal (ANC) Out patient department (OPD) at Krishna Hospital, Karad. This study was conducted on 110 participants, which was chosen using the Simple Random Sampling Technique. All pregnant women who came to the ANC OPD at Krishna Hospital, Karad, were included, and pregnant women who were at high risk were excluded. The collected data were analyzed in terms of the objectives of the study using descriptive and inferential statistics (paired t -test and Chi-square). Results: In Mode of Delivery, a significant difference was seen between the two groups, showing that P < 0.0001. Maternal complications show a significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0.0001). Regarding fetal outcomes, this difference was statistically significant ( P = 0.004). Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, the Bradley method was an effective measure to bring out normal vaginal deliveries, to reduce maternal and fetal complications during the intranatal period, which had a significant outcome found in the present study.
