Abstract:This paper presents a systematic stakeholder analysis of the global voluntourism landscape. Utilizing qualitative content analysis, the research identifies and categorizes key actors into a unified Stakeholder Analysis Matrix, defining their specific roles, responsibilities, and organizational types. Moving beyond descriptive categorization, the study introduces a Relational Mapping framework to illustrate the dynamic interdependencies and power flows between international intermediaries (Agencies and Platforms) and local "Facilitators." The findings highlight a significant shift in voluntourism activities toward the Global North and characterize the sector as an increasingly marketized "alternative tourism product." By establishing a formalized research approach and introducing the conceptual term "Facilitator," this paper provides a methodological tool for future empirical investigations into the structural variables of sustainable tourism development.
