This article offers a critical–propositional analysis of Jordan Solomon’s Equiphonic Theory: The Ground of Universal Equilibrium in confrontation with Vidamor Cabannas and Denivaldo Silva’s Theory of Objectivity (TO). The study examines Solomon’s proposal that all reality emerges from a unified equilibrium field, , governed by the dynamics of tension and relaxation, and evaluates its ontological, modal, cosmological, and phenomenological implications. The paper argues that Equiphonic Theory contains important unifying intuitions, especially in its treatment of information, coherence, dimensional structure, and the search for a common ground linking gravity, quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, and cosmology. At the same time, it shows that, under the modal discipline of the Theory of Objectivity, the proposal faces significant tensions: equilibrium is posited as an ultimate ground without a full deduction of its conditions of possibility; mathematical self-verification is not sufficient to establish ontological necessity; and the universal field tends to absorb too many explanatory domains without enough stratification between metaphysical, mathematical, phenomenic, and empirical levels. By confronting the article with the Seven Absolute Truths, the cosmogonic theorem of TO, the Inductor Effects, the phenomenic table, and recent TO works on modal ontology and testability, the study proposes that Equiphonic Theory can be read as a valuable interlocutor and as a possible theory of regime, especially regarding harmonization, relaxation, convergence, and informational coherence. However, it concludes that the theory requires deeper modal grounding and stricter ontological discipline in order to function as a true foundational framework. The article is written in a Chicago author-date academic style and includes a final appendix in TO style, synthesizing how Solomon’s central intuitions might be reordered within the modal architecture of the Theory of Objectivity.
