Abstract

Case RepoRtfinding (Fig. 2 and Video 2).After pericardiectomy, an extracardiac tunnel connecting the RCS to RA was observed.Cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) was initiated, and an oblique aortotomy was done after cardiac arrest.Aneurysmal dilatation of RCS was seen with a separate opening for ARAT and RCA.ARAT was ligated from the aortic end, and the defect in the RCS was closed by the pericardium.The RA was also opened, and the ARAT opening was closed.CPB support was weaned off without any inotropic support.After sternal
