We construct Thermal Conversion Gravity (TCG), a scalar-tensor extension of general relativity in which a thermal scalar field derived from the Unruh effect couples to the Schwarzschild geometry. All parameters are fixed by the black hole mass M alone — no free parameters. The central prediction is a first-order phase transition at r = 2rₛ, with backreaction corrections of order (ℓP/rₛ) ² and all energy conditions satisfied. The Kerr extension yields an oblate conversion surface. Consistent with current EHT data and testable with future instruments. Date 2026-03-17
