Abstract This paper presents a new conceptual framework for understanding black holes and the singularity within the context of time-pressure dynamics governed by the phi-vortex structure. Space is modeled as a pressurized medium, where time is a function of local pressure, and matter acts as nodes of maximum compression. The traditional view of singularities as points of infinite density is replaced with a dynamic transition zone, where pressure and time oscillate in a phi-vortex fractal pattern. The half-life of the neutron provides a reference interval (880 seconds) that is phi-scaled according to local pressure, offering a testable parameter for this new unified view. This framework integrates particle physics and cosmology, providing a fresh understanding of black holes and the flow of time.
