Abstract: With the rapid development of the digital economy and the increasing integration of technology and various industries, the exhibition industry, as an important component of modern service industry, faces new opportunities and challenges in project full process management. As the core guarantee for the smooth progress of exhibition projects, human resource management runs through the entire cycle of project preparation, execution, and closure. The traditional human resource management model has problems such as low efficiency, insufficient collaboration, and imbalanced resource allocation, which are difficult to adapt to the development needs of large-scale, specialized, and international exhibition projects in the new era. This article takes the full process human resource management of exhibition projects as the research object, systematically sorts out the application value of technology integration in human resource management, deeply analyzes the application paths of cutting-edge technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, blockchain, etc. in human resource planning, recruitment and configuration, training and development, performance management, incentive guarantee and other key links of exhibition projects, and explores the challenges faced in technology adaptation, data security, talent shortage and other aspects in the process of technology integration. Finally, targeted optimization measures are proposed, aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for improving the efficiency of human resource management in exhibition projects and promoting high-quality development of the exhibition industry.
