This paper proposes a conceptual scaffold in which spacetime possesses a non-linear, globally connected topology analogous to a higher-dimensional Klein bottle. Local physical laws including general relativity and quantum mechanics remain intact, while global temporal structure is non-orientable and potentially multi-branched. The model accommodates phenomena such as apparent teleportation and nontrivial adjacency of temporal events without violating local causality. The Klein bottle topology is motivated as the minimal structure that encodes multi-directional temporal geometry while preserving locally linear temporal experience. This scaffold organizes unresolved questions about time, causality, and the global structure of the universe, providing a framework for thinking about phenomena beyond current empirical verification.
